We accept applications year-round, including from people who are still working toward licensure or certification.
Mental Health Professional
Complete assessments, approve treatment plans, and provide treatment supervision to the rest of the team.
Requires: Independent licensure in Minnesota — LICSW, LP, LMFT, LPCC, or psychiatric nurse.
Therapist (building a new service)
Help us stand up individual therapy alongside our rehabilitative services, and shape how the service runs from the start.
Requires: Independent Minnesota licensure — LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC. We also welcome interest from clinicians working toward licensure.
Clinical Trainee
Deliver assessments and services while working toward independent licensure, with documented supervision.
Requires: Working toward Minnesota licensure and registered with your licensing board.
Mental Health Practitioner
Carry a caseload and deliver most direct rehabilitative services in clients' homes and communities.
Requires: Qualification through a combination of education and supervised experience under state standards.
Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker
Teach day-to-day living skills alongside clients, with notes co-signed by a mental health professional.
Requires: Relevant experience or coursework, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Certified Peer Specialist
Draw on your own recovery experience to build trust, model that recovery is possible, and support engagement.
Requires: Minnesota Certified Peer Specialist certification.
